Duality Ventures is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver Amazon packages. DSPs are independent businesses that partner with Amazon to deliver packages. Our Delivery Drivers strive to get every Amazon order to the customer’s door on-time. We offer full and part-time opportunities. Duality Ventures is a Delivery Service Partner looking for delivery specialists to deliver packages promptly and efficiently to Amazon prime members in the Hagerstown, Waynesboro, Greencastle, Chambersburg, and Shippensburg areas. No experience required; however, a good candidate is someone who is self-motivated, organized, timely, and a problem solver. Approximate hours are 10:40am to 8:30/9pm. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week.
ONLY SHIFT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME WOULD BE:
A. TUESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY AND SATURDAY
OR
B. WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY AND SATURDAY
Compensation & Benefits

• $17.00 (up to $19.50) an Hour

Delivery Driver Basic Requirements:

• MUST BE 21 OR OLDER
• Eligible to work in the U.S
• Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (we do not test for marijuana)

Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Deliver approximately 100-300 packages per day making roughly 150 stops throughout the day.
• Use company phone for routing information, customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in all weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered
• Perform tasks with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift
