Decal application or closely related experience REQUIRED (window tinting, vinyl wrapping, professional wallpaper application, etc).

Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm OR Friday-Sunday 5:45am-6:15pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs as an individual and team to complete semi-trailer and truck color graphics application tasks.
  • Uses attention to detail to determine the correct positioning of color graphics for application according to layout drawing guidelines.
  • Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition while following safety regulations.
  • Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedule with minimum supervision.

Education and Experience:

  • Ability to use tape measure to apply large vehicle graphics in the proper spacing according to layout drawing.
  • Basic math skills including fractions and decimals.
  • Able to communicate, read, write, listen and understand work instructions effectively in English.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee is frequently required to use hand to find, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, and climb or balance. The employee is required as needed to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel or crawl, and talk or listen.
  • Work from OSHA approved ladders, scissor lifts, and platforms to install graphics on semi-trailers and large trucks
  • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 Pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include color differentiation, close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Working overtime as required depending on backlog.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • The use of PPE at all times is required while on work floor, including safety glasses, safety gloves or fingerless gloves, and steel/composite toed footwear, some hearing protection is required in designated areas. Face covering to comply with CDC COVID-19 guidelines if working within close proximity of others.

Work Environment:

  • The employee occasionally works near mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment may occasionally require hearing protection, but has typical repair facility noise levels.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to dust and/or fumes.
  • Wil be required to perform duties as requested, directed or assigned.
