This role will be 100% work from home, however, daily travel on O'ahu as well as monthly day trips to Maui and Hawaii on alternating months. As a Dealer Relationship Manager, you will motivate new and existing auto dealers to use Chase Auto Finance for indirect retail/leasing financing.

As a Dealer Relationship Manager, you will motivate new and existing auto dealers to use Chase Auto Finance for indirect retail/leasing financing. You will also perform the following functions: sign dealers to the program in the local market; interface directly with all dealer personnel; train dealers on contracts/worksheets; inform dealers of policy, procedures and price changes; act as liaison between dealers and Credit Underwriting team ; monitor ongoing dealer performance such as efficiency ratios, delinquency, losses, profitability, etc.; increase and maintain required market share levels; attain volume plan at acceptable business levels ; interface with Chase Booking & Funding to assist dealers in speedy funding; follow dealer for perfected liens/titles and present and collect Demands for Repurchase when required.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Knowledge of indirect auto finance industry
  • Excellent sales presentation skills to motivate new clients to use our services and products
  • One year Consumer credit experience preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of indirect finance products (retail/lease)
  • PC skills (Microsoft Office products) desirable & e xcellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain client relationships

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • 1 year Financial statement analysis experience preferred
