Job Summary (Purpose):
The Data Integrity Specialist is responsible for the input and maintenance of National Accounts customer information in SAP. The position will work closely with the internal National Accounts team to ensure all account information is entered accurately and timely. They will validate all requests are submitted properly and completely and will verify the information was entered correctly into the system. This position will provide training and clarification on issues and questions surrounding SAP and account maintenance.

- Detail-Oriented – Strong organizational skills are required as the candidate will work on data entry, system limitations, and other obstacles across numerous accounts, each of which will be serviced by various vendors.
- Relationship Builder - The ability to develop strong relationships with business partners and resolve all obstacles within expected time frame.
- Follow-Through – The ability to work through numerous, coinciding internal customer requests and bring each one to its full conclusion.
- Strong Communicator – Clear communication skills are needed in interactions with business partners
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely input and updates for National Account customers.
- Validate requests are accurate and all required information is provided.
- Validate data entered into SAP was properly processed, by running data quality reports.
- Prioritize and process requests based on customer requirements and effective dates.
- Troubleshoot system errors, incomplete and incorrect requests.
- Maintain customer setup metrics on daily basis to help identify request trends in topic and timing as well as management of workload.
- Ensure all pricing, rentals, and fees are setup and maintained correctly.
- Work closely with requestors to clarify any inconsistencies and incorrect requests.
- Drive data quality and accurate billing by making decisions to address all issues immediately and keeping all parties involved abreast of the situation.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Detail oriented and consistently follows up on tasks until project is complete
- Strong customer service, communication and relationship building abilities
- Strong organization skills combined with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software package
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred or equivalent experience
- 2 – 5 years’ experience with SAP master data and customer set up processing
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
