Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team member in roles supporting functions, or projects involving aspects of commercial and government programs and issues, in a major consulting firm or corporate environment, emphasizing areas that include pharmacy pricing/underwriting, and data analysis.

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or proven record of success with reviewing PBM claims audits and assisting with analytical and financial tasks on various PBM client engagements to include analytical thinking skills and be able to complete various assigned tasks related to the PBM contract auditing, claim pricing, and financial analysis as well as assist with the project management of such projects.

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team member with:

  • Possessing familiarity with SAS and PBM contracts.
  • Using Excel application skills and database/statistical analysis language (SAS)/R and Python;
  • Using analytical thinking skills to evaluate analyses for communication to internal team or clients;
  • Innovating through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitization solutions;
  • Working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools to provide insights to clients;
  • Working independently and within a team;
  • Working in a role that is client focused and results oriented;
  • Assisting with the preparation of the audit scope and data request and deliverables;
  • Reviewing pharmacy contracts for pertinent information related to the scope of the engagement;
  • Loading claims data and conduct analysis on claim pricing and benefit set-up accuracy;
  • Drafting client reports;
  • Solving problems;
  • Possessing an ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Possessing an ability to effectively manage time and prioritize projects in order to meet established deadlines; and,
  • Communicating and providing presentations in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats.
