Customer Service Tech

Hudson,MA.

Monday-Friday

Hours: 8am – 5pm,

Compensation: $18/hour

· Provide a high level of customer service via telephone or email

• · Answer calls and e-mails from customers and service technicians and help troubleshoot and repair machine problems
• · Order processing: orders received by phone, fax & e-mail
• · Evaluate, test and process part returns via Return Materials Authorization process
• · Document unique call history in customer accounts
• · Resolve warranty repairs and / or arrange for warranty service calls
• · Manage fast-paced customer service professionally
• · Must be able to prioritize tasks
• · Listen to customer to clarify needs and solutions
• · Initiate resolution and follow through
• · Follow up on open / unresolved issues with customers
• · Willingness to be flexible with daily routine
• · Additional duties as assigned

Skills and Requirements:

· High School Diploma

· 3+ years of previous customer service experience preferred

· Strong organizational skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· High degree of proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications

• · Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
• · Ability to work with peers and senior management
• · Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines
• · Electro-mechanical knowledge
• · Ability to read schematics
• · Experience with CRM modules a plus
