Manufacturing client near Bellaire is looking for a customer service person out of a manufacturing or pipe company who is responsible for managing incoming requests from customers and ensuring all issues are resolved. This person needs solid computer skills including MS Office Suite including Outlook and Oracle and JD Edwards. Needs to have previous knowledge and experience in order entry, shipping and invoicing procedures and general understanding of the quote-to-cash processes. In this customer service position you not only take the orders from the clients, but you are involved in quotations, order entry and invoicing. Will notify client of promised delivery date. Need experience with an ERP system. They are looking for someone with "whatever it takes attitude". Will ensure courteous and professional interaction with current and prospective customers via phone and e-mail (answering customers’ questions regarding products, prices, and availability).

Bachelor's degree in business or related experience in order management or similar support /function.

Position pays $22.00hour-$25.00/hour plus very good benefits.
