We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist who can provide practical, consistent, and proactive support to staff and department managers on HR procedures, policies, best practices, employment rewards, and benefits. The successful candidate will perform human resources management work relating to recruitment, benefit administration, and state and federal regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately process unique purchase orders for national accounts / large program businesses in an expeditious manner, including working with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Acknowledge and address all customer inquiries in a timely manner; address any issues that may occur and escalate to management for their engagement and support.
• All communication to customers must be complete with accurate information and presented professionally, must demonstrate an “above and beyond effort and attitude” in order to exceed customers’ expectations.
• Add value to the business by providing outstanding customer service, engage customers, understand purchasing trends, and build relationships with buyers by accounts.

Job Requirements/Qualifications: :

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service or related business experience within a national business environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, listening skills and attention to detail and accuracy
• Exceptional phone etiquette
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, time-sensitive, high-volume and changing environment
• Exceptional prioritization, multi-tasking, follow up and time management skills
• Strong computer proficiency with high level Excel skills. Previous experience with SAP Business One: a plus
• Problem analysis and problem-solving skills

The position is located full time on site in our Mount Olive, NJ Headquarters. :
