POSITION SUMMARY:

Provides customer satisfaction by responding to customer service requests.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Receives, evaluates, and answers customer inquiries (phone or correspondence) in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
  • Processes service orders to the field, taking ownership of the customer inquiry to provide complete customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate adjustments to consumption and escalate to manager to provide credit adjustments.
  • Makes outbound calls to customers as necessary.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required

Experience: One to Two years of related experience
Computer Skills: Basic Skills & SAP experience is preferred.

Other Skills: Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
