Looking for a motivated & organized Customer Service & Order Processing Assistant to provide exceptional customer service experience for a rapidly growing company. Boat Steering Solutions specializes in the recreational & commercial marine hydraulic industry.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate incoming job orders with manufacturing and manage work orders for each shipment as required
- Manage shipments of customer orders from receipt of orders to shipment of orders
- Backup to Answer incoming calls & interact with customers daily
- Backup to Provide technical information about products and services related to hydraulic equipment in the marine industry
- Handle and resolve customer issues
- At least 2 years of customer service / front office experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented / self-starter
- Trouble-shooting experience
- Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
- QuickBooks
- Boat/Marine/Hydraulic experience a plus
- Experience with parts, assembly and inventory
