Job description
Looking for a motivated & organized Customer Service & Order Processing Assistant to provide exceptional customer service experience for a rapidly growing company. Boat Steering Solutions specializes in the recreational & commercial marine hydraulic industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate incoming job orders with manufacturing and manage work orders for each shipment as required
  • Manage shipments of customer orders from receipt of orders to shipment of orders
  • Backup to Answer incoming calls & interact with customers daily
  • Backup to Provide technical information about products and services related to hydraulic equipment in the marine industry
  • Handle and resolve customer issues
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of customer service / front office experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail oriented / self-starter
  • Trouble-shooting experience
Work Schedule:
  • Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Friday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
Preferred Experience:
  • QuickBooks
  • Boat/Marine/Hydraulic experience a plus
  • Experience with parts, assembly and inventory
