Customer Service Coordinator - $25.20 per hour (Wed - Sat 9 A.M. - 7 P.M.)
East Transportation Command Center – Grove City, Ohio

The Customer Service Representative is predominantly responsible for coordinating the pickup and drop-off of products (backhauls) from suppliers/vendors to Walmart distribution centers.

This position requires an extensive ability to multitask (e.g., phones, IM’s, email.) Must possess clear and accurate communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to provide excellent service to various customers (e.g., drivers, vendors, associates.) Requires computer skills with ability to work on multiple systems (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word.)

The Customer Service Coordinator answers and responds to store calls, claims, and returns by identifying and providing appropriate responses to the correct location, drivers and associates. Regularly communicates with customers, suppliers, and fellow associates.

Provides administrative support by performing general clerical duties (e.g., filing, keying, faxing); entering data into multiple systems; scheduling deliveries; and preparing, reviewing, and analyzing data, documents, and other paperwork (e.g., shipping load sheets, trip status screen, level of service.)

Prepares outbound documents by verifying shipping information (e.g., destination, trailer, weight, time, and date of delivery.)

This position’s schedule is Wednesday through Saturday 09:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M.
Starting pay for this position and shift: $25.20
