RETAIL PHARMACY CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Pharmacy experience is important. Previous retail experience and ability to close cash for the day is also desirable.
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
We are looking for Pharmacy experience. Supervisory experience a plus. Being able to close out cash registers a plus.
The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and these CSRs can gather that for you. Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Process sales transactions
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Gain an education about our products so that you can service our customers. Knowledge is key.
- Other duties as requested
