Our Cinnaminson, NJ location handles residential customers' lawn care needs in Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Salem, Mercer, Hunterdon, and Somerset counties. NaturaLawn does not provide mowing or landscaping services - we are the experts providing homeowners with beautiful green, weed-free lawns while reducing excessive pesticide use by over 85%!

A few details about the position...

This is not a receptionist position. Team members are trained to handle all facets of customer inquiries. These include account setup, account management, suggestive selling of beneficial services, customer retention, taking/processing payments, appointment setting, reminder/pre-notification calls, questions regarding lawn care programs, and even technical questions. That's right! Our team members are trained similar to field technicians to prepare them with the knowledge to assist in the diagnosing of lawn conditions. While initial training may take 2-4 weeks, this intensive training program takes a full year. As such, only serious, career-minded candidates need apply.

What is required of you?

Great question! Applicants for this position MUST have at least 4 years of experience with solving customer concerns or inquiries over the phone. Ideal candidates will be team oriented, but possess the ability to work independently (when assigned). Furthermore, excellent organization, time management, willingness to learn, and an energetic, outgoing personality are traits successful team members bring to the table on day one.
