Daily Responsibilities:
  • Update Company's Social Media pages and Websites.
  • Handle or direct all inbound communications using a variety of channels. (phone, email, mail)
  • Informs Parents by; answering questions; providing information
  • Processing eligibility documents by inputting them into the various case management systems
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Communicate appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff.
  • Assistant Management as needed.
Requirements:
  • One to two years experience in Customer Service and Social Media.
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Suite.
