We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Corporate Travel Consultant to put their skills to immediate use by providing support for escalated customer issues. The Customer Care role is part of our Account Management organization, and presents future opportunities for growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Develops and builds strong client relationships across multiple key stakeholders
  • Monitors clients' perceptions and needs coordinating resources for optimal solutions
  • Researches customer inquiries and collaborates with internal resources and leadership as necessary to successfully resolve and respond to clients. Documents all efforts according to established best practices within designated CRM systems, OneLedger and/or Salesforce, for ongoing data collection and reporting
  • Provides back-up to Account Manager in areas such as client inquiries, onboarding clients, reporting and other efforts as needed
  • Performs credit card reconciliations, eTrackit audits, data edits, reporting requests, eProfile backlog validations and other projects as assigned
  • Conducts quarterly evaluation of Client Services provided (documented in OneLedger Inquiry and CustCare, Salesforce, etc.) and data gathered (i.e., VIP, UDID) to consult with leadership on trends and improvement opportunities
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains and provides recommendations to leadership
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
  • High school or equivalent required, with college degree or coursework in business or related field preferred.
  • Previous Corporate Travel Consultant and GDS (Worldspan preferred) experience required.
  • Superior listening, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Suite, along with ability to quickly learn new software applications, is required.
  • Ability to monitor and follow up on details while demonstrating a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Acts as a team-player who works well in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, flexibility and problem solving skills

This is a REMOTE position - you'll work virtually from your home office. The ability to work at our Duluth, GA office occasionally is required, along with occasional travel.
