• Sweeps, mops, vacuums, or scrubs floors.
• Cleans furniture, bathrooms, windows, walls, and fixtures.
• Collects and properly disposes of trash, garbage, and recyclables.
• Unloads and moves supplies or items to/from proper or designated locations.
• Disinfects specified areas as required.
• Removes snow and cuts grass as required.
• Assists in securing buildings and assuring that windows and doors are properly secured.
• Replaced light bulbs as needed.
• Reports major problems or breakdowns to Director of Risk Management/Workplace Operations or Custodial Supervisor.
• Operates cleaning equipment.
• Assists with painting as needed.
• Assists with making minor repairs to furniture, fixtures, etc.
• Assists with setting up areas for meetings/events.
• Performs other job related duties as required.
