Sager Culture and Position Description:

As a medium-sized company with over 400 employees located across North America, we have a high performing, family-oriented team working together in support of our customer first vision. We are looking for an experienced Production Associate to work in our brand new state of the art facility located in Lewisville, Texas. The Production Associate performs the assembly of electrical equipment by; reading and interpreting drawings, work instructions, assembling components and verifying and testing by utilizing pre-programed automated test equipment. The work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM until 3:30 PM. How you will spend your time:

  • The Production Associate will read, interpret and follow work instructions, work orders, traveler direction and/or reports and verify materials and previous workers task are correct.
  • Assemble various Battery/Power/Thermal devices.
  • The Production Associate will solder to acceptable IPC-610 standards.
  • Apply adhesives in a safe manner as directed.
  • Packaging and Special Handling of ESD components and assemblies.
  • The Production Associate will tag and label assemblies.
  • Ability to load and unload carts and move material around the factory.
  • Apply heat shrink using heat tunnel and manual heat gun.
  • Operate hand tools and automated equipment. (Crimp Applicator, Weld Station, Wire cutting)
  • Ability to use inspection tools to ensure product conformance to specifications.
  • The Production Associate will assemble Din Rail components.
  • Complete bag & tag requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

We’re excited if you have:

  • A high school diploma; or equivalent.
  • Soldering experience preferred.
  • Good attendance and punctuality.
  • Assembly experience preferred, but not required.
  • Must be at least 18.
