We are excited to announce the opening of a new Tropical Smoothie location in Katy later this month and we are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our crew! As a Tropical Smoothie Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, making delicious smoothies, and maintaining a clean and organized store.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of delicious smoothies and food items according to Tropical Smoothie recipes and standards.
• Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, taking orders, and handling transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized store by following food safety and sanitation guidelines, cleaning equipment, and keeping the store stocked with supplies.
• Work as a team player to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
• Valid ID.
• Legally able to work within the State and Federal guidelines.
• Reliable transportation

Rewards:

• Typical starting salary is $9.00-10.00/hr, (includes tips)
