Partnership Property Management is seeking a full time Courtesy Officer to patrol multiple apartment communities in the Asheville, NC area.
Duties of the Courtesy Officer would include:
- Patrolling interior and exterior of assigned sites
- Monitor Surveillance Cameras
- Prepare and maintain written activity reports
- Testifies in Court if/when need
- Participate in community based policing strategies & programs
- Respond to emergency calls, routine complaints, and disturbances
- Assisting the Property Manager in handling any resident problem when requested
- Conduct security check of business & residential areas on patrol route
- Foster good community relations among residents
- Maintaining a courteous, visible presence among the resident population
- Other duties as assigned

Pay: $22.00 per hour
