Our Client - a Software Organization listed as one of "Forbes Top 100 Companies To Work For " - is seeking a Corporate Receptionist to bring onto the team. Please see below for details:

JOB TITLE: Corporate Receptionist
LOCATION: Redwood City, CA
DURATION: 2 month+ contract
RATE RANGE: $20-$26/hr

Responsibilities:
Meeting and greeting clients in a friendly manner
Signing in visitors and supplying them visitor's badges
Handling and liaising with physical security requests: badge activation
Operating Envoy - making sure signing in procedures and health questionnaire is being properly completed by employees and customers
Service Desk Tickets - solving in a timely manner inbound requests through Service Desk
Making sure new hires are properly onboarded and supported
Liaising with building security - request lift badges for employees
Liaising with building management - handling requests in regards to maintenance or any observation relating building management
Liaising with building reception - booking in customers, new hires
Handling incoming and outgoing deliveries: arranging couriers, sorting and distributing post
Booking meetings, handling booking requests through google calendar
Organizing and maintaining the reception area tidy
Answering incoming emails
Build and support cross-functional relationships between departments.
Completing administrative tasks
Monitoring and ordering office supplies for the office
Arranging catering and ordering supplies for office events
Interacting with other departments such as IT when someone needs more technical assistance
Helping in a timely and friendly manner any requests from employees or visitors
Coordinating with vendors when on site
Performs PC Support and Administrative duties as needed.
Serve as central location for information for the building.
Offering support to the Workplace Services Manager where needed
Supporting basic Compliance procedures where needed
You may need to perform other activities such as inter-office mail deliveries, waste paper recycling, and stocking of employee break areas.
Receiving snack deliveries and arranging them on the snack shelf
Acts as a model for Vision, Values, and Mission.
Submit service requests for repairs or maintenance.

Key Qualifications

In this role, it is important to be a standout colleague who enjoys pursuing any small tasks or projects to support the company. The ability to balance multiple tasks with excellent interpersonal skills required. This role may include assisting other facilities staff with overflow work, including research, data entry and related tasks.
Technologically skilled in working with iOS and macOS based applications, along with learning to use company systems.
Experience with Microsoft Office and other office tools
Excellent organization, time management and leadership skills.
Being diligent and taking ownership on subject matter expertise. Dedication to completing tasks.
Professional composure.

Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED

Required Experience:
The person should have prior experience of working as Receptionist/Switchboard Operator or in the relevant field.
Must be able to write e-mails in a professional manner
Must be able to handle inbound/outbound calls
