The Headlines:
In the role of Corporate Security Operations Center (CSOC) Lead working in Golden, CO, you will be part of the Corporate Security team. You will manage the security operations center operators and oversee the day-to-day activities of the command center as well as participate in an on-call rotation. The CSOC serves as a twenty-four-hour point of contact for Molson Coors security, emergency, and crisis management operations. The CSOC also provides support for facilities management, brewing, packaging, and shipping operations as well as backup Haz-Mat systems monitoring, emergency notification, and response capabilities. The CSOC focuses on protective intelligence and actively monitors feeds for any potential enterprise threats.

The Responsibilities :
  • Most importantly, you will lead a team of talented colleagues and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one-on-one conversations.
  • You have experience working with access control and CCTV systems
  • Create, facilitate, and track training of SOC Operators
  • Perform regular system checks to ensure proper function
  • Manage the access control & camera systems locally
  • Review and evaluate risk reports; escalate to leadership as appropriate
  • Coordinate regular tests of emergency notification systems

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a high school diploma/GED
  • You have 5+ years of emergency first responder dispatch or security command center experience
  • You have experience working with access control and CCTV systems

  • You have a thirst for learning new programs and systems and are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Posting Rate: $64,200 - $92,300
