High exposure project controller opportunity with a very strong and growing real estate developer headquartered in Coconut Grove. This role will oversee project accounting.

Responsibilities will include:

• Management of day to day accounting
• Job costing
• Accounts payable
• AIA filings
• Project & construction accounting
• Various related responsibilities

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in accounting ore relevant work experience
• 5+ years of experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficient with MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
