We seeking a highly skilled Contract Accountant with International Law experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing taxes for 2022, with a focus on ensuring compliance with international tax laws and regulations. This is a time-bound job, which will require the candidate to work with efficiency and accuracy within the given timeline.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file tax returns for the LLC global company
• Ensure compliance with all international tax laws and regulations, including transfer pricing and cross-border transactions.
• Analyze financial data to identify tax-saving opportunities and potential risks.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and tax departments, to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
• Work closely with external tax advisors and auditors to provide necessary documentation and support during audits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date tax records using QuickBooks or other accounting software.
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams on tax-related matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance, with a focus on international tax laws and regulations.
• Strong understanding of LLC global company structures and subsidiaries in Brazil.
• Experience working with QuickBooks or other accounting software.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
