In addition to the opportunity to work completely remote (as we have been since March 2020) Enlighten is excited to announce that we are currently running a pilot of a 4-Day Work Week! This pilot will be open to any and all new hires, and we hope to transition the entire company to this schedule in early 2023. The 4-Day Work Week will include 100% of the salary pay as a traditional 5-Day Work Week for all current and future employees.

You Are:
  • Skilled in Continuous Improvement (CI) projects in the areas of quality, cost, performance, and process optimization.
  • Meticulous in understanding the current state of a business’s operations and any associated pain points.
  • Highly analytical to establish key, root causes to problems, so that effective solutions are generated to deliver tangible results.
  • Detail oriented to produce first-class artefacts for internal and external customers.
  • Highly analytical and able to drive results and expectations using data and metrics.
  • Patient and customer-oriented
  • Proficient in Continuous Improvement methodologies and tools such as Lean Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, TPS, etc. to generate training material.
  • Experienced working with contact centres, administrative operations or front/middle/back-office processing areas within Service industries.
  • Proactive in using your analytical skills to actively search for improvement opportunities.

Purpose:
The key function of this role is twofold: (1) Support the Continuous Improvement Manager to develop and drive the implementation of Enlighten’s Continuous Improvement framework within our clients’ operational environments; and (2) Support internal Enlighten teams with analytical services to ultimately deliver on the Enlighten’s strategic objectives. You will act as an analytical center of excellence to support to our client portfolio that can span many industries (with a strong focus on financial services, pension funds and healthcare), in order to ensure the value, they derive from the Enlighten Software program and methodologies increases each year throughout the lifecycle of their SaaS contracts.

As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you’ll be supporting a team of likeminded professionals to assist the expansion of our partnering and CI program globally. Your Continuous Improvement experience will be leveraged daily, and your analytical mindset will help our clients achieve their strategic goals.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Support the Continuous Improvement Manager in partnering with client stakeholders to develop continuous improvement strategies linked to key business strategies and
objectives.
  • Use Enlighten data to assist the Continuous Improvement Manager in building sound business cases, delivering effective business improvement initiatives and changing
behaviour through positive KPI’s for clients.
  • Actively support the Continuous Improvement Manager to lead continuous improvement projects through the use of Lean and process improvement methodologies.
  • Formulate and articulate quantifiable business problems to be solved.
  • Evaluate and analyze current process metrics and performance to identify areas requiring improvements.
  • Generate and prioritize vital few root causes to business problems through the use of data analysis.
  • Analyze and identify opportunities to reduce process variation, improve process capabilities and optimize process performance.
  • Develop process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Facilitate the implementation of new and changed processes to provide improved results.
  • Monitor and measure the results, potential opportunities, needs, issues, and problems that could impact business results and ensure process documentation is well-
structured and clearly articulated to stakeholders.
  • Support the broader Enlighten business by proactively analyzing data and leveraging past experiences to assisting in identifying improvement opportunities, generating and
validating root causes, solving problems and generating solutions.
  • Support the Continuous Improvement Manager to serve as a change agent for transitioning business stakeholders to new ways of working.
  • Generate training material on changes, updates, and improvements for guidelines, processes, and procedures to client stakeholders and management.
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures regarding continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop internal and external training material on Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Lean, TQM, etc.
  • Adhere to Enlighten's information security and privacy policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
  • Safeguard Enlighten's information assets, including client data.
  • Practice discretion and professionalism while working with internal and client data, trade secrets, and other privacy matters.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above (Business, IT or management disciplines).
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience working in large process improvement/change management/operational excellence programs.
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally to meet with clients and/or train internal staff as needed.
  • Green Belt (minimum) Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Eligible to work in India without restriction or sponsorship
