* Writing and copy editing
* E-commerce/internet content development experience
* Experience with Microsoft Office/Google Suite
* Ability to turn complex internal requirements into easy to understand help articles for
customers
* Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
* Experience working with stakeholders and leading writing projects
* Experience utilizing style guides and following writing guidelines

DESIRED SKILLS:

* Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of AEM
* Understanding of SEO best practices
* Experience managing an editorial style guide
* Experience performing QA/UAT
* Familiarity with Verizon processes and plans/product/service offerings

JOB DUTIES:

* Creating user-friendly online support content, often originating from complex stakeholder
requirements
* Ensuring pages are delivered on time and free of defects
* Applying SEO best-practices to make our support pages easy to find
* Project managing the development of content from concept to implementation, turning
requirements into customer-focused support content
* Leading core teams, writing requirements, and performing testing for all assigned
initiatives
