We are currently seeking an experienced/skilled Construction Office Manager with industrial and sales skills and experience. If you are ambitious, good with people, and enjoy making an impact in people’s lives, then this is the job for you!!

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Experience with learning management system software
• Fielding emails and resolving concerns
• Tracking employee performance and training
• Ability to communicate between all levels of organizational structure
• Support the executives on disciplinary and grievance issues
• Willingness/Openness to learn
• Background in Human Resources or employee leadership
• Display good computer skills & Type 40 WPM
• Able to pass a Pre-Employment Background Check and drug screen
