Job description
Responsibilities:
Hourly Rate: $60.00+ (DOE)
- Monitor the Conflicts Team Mailbox and respond to requests from Partners and Business Service Staff
- Retrieve Engagement Letters and other files, as requested, from the Document management system (NetDocs). Provide copies and share Intapp Open Requests to LTAs and Attorneys
- Attach approvals, engagement letters, and waivers to new business requests in Intapp Open and approve on behalf of Partners
- Use the Matter Access Check feature to identify Walls / Matter Security and provide basic access to requesting users in Intapp Walls
- Perform basic conflicts searches for bankruptcies and lateral hires
- Support various ongoing projects within the Department
- Provide support to the Conflicts Analysts and Conflicts Manager on other assignments as necessary

Temp Assignment: 6 - 8 weeks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Previous law firm experience in conflicts preferred. Experience in other legal support fields such as a Legal Assistant, Legal Team Assistant, Paralegal, Law Clerk, Legal Researcher will be considered.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Adobe Acrobat, Web-Based Research
- Familiarity with Document Management Systems (DMS) such as NetDocs or iManage
- Familiarity with Intapp Open preferred and/or experience with other conflicts/intake databases
- Familiarity with legal research and or document review
