Compliance and Academic Affairs Coordinator

Who you are:

You have experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment. In the past you have worked closely with regulatory bodies to follow their requirements, regulations and protocols. The acronyms SEVIS, ACCET, SEVP, USCIS are not new to you. You have an interest in numbers and can analyze data to create charts and monitor trends. Your colleagues describe you as having acute attention-to-details skills and you are naturally curious. You have had experience reading and drafting detailed reports for government entities. Your reputation is that you meet tight deadlines and collaborate with different departments to get tasks done on time. You take pride in what you do.

The Role:

The Compliance and Academic Affairs Coordinator will be reporting directly to the Director of Academic Management, Compliance and Affairs and will be based out of our offices in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The role will be predominantly to support all aspects of compliance and academic affairs that pertain to the company throughout the various accreditation and compliance cycles. You will also provide direct support to our central teams, sales offices and schools when dealing with issues related to the roles.

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in any major required but a Master’s Degree preferred

3+ years of experience in various business operations/administration roles

Preferred Requirements:

Comfortable working in an international environment across multiple time zones

You have experience working in an academic environment

Passion for data, insights, and constant improvement and innovation

Strong project management skills: ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Strong Excel skills

Salesforce and database experience preferred
