Rest Easy Pest Control is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled negotiator, deal closer, team player, and customer satisfier. The Commercial Account Sales Specialist will be responsible for growing our commercial customer base by providing outstanding customer service, effective communication, and maintaining relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Grow the commercial customer base by generating leads, responding to inquiries, and following up with potential customers.
- Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide them with the best pest control solutions.
- Read and analyze commercial bids and prepare proposals for state bids.
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work with operations management to provide operational support and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Meet and exceed sales and revenue goals and develop performance standards to achieve objectives.
- Use a computer and other electronics to manage accounts, prepare reports, and write business correspondence.
- Spend 50% of the day on the phone, making calls and responding to client inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience performed.
- 3-5 years of commercial account experience with a proven track record of sales success.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to client inquiries.
- Ability to read, analyze commercial bids, and write reports and business correspondence.
- Comfortable with phone sales, but no cold calling required.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
- Familiarity with using a computer and other electronics.
- Ability to access state bids and provide proposals.
