Cedar Lake Nursing Home and Rehabilitation strives to provide the level of care we would want our family members to receive. You will be expected to perform non-professional, direct resident care duties and assist in maintaining a positive physical and psychosocial environment for the residents.

As a small family-owned nursing home, we understand that the current Covid-19 vaccine debate is an important issue. We care for our patients in a manner that has their safety in mind and the safety of our employees, but we do not require a vaccine to be an employee at our facility. Given the ever-changing restrictions, that may mean more frequent testing, or we might see the requirements change in the future.

Qualifications:

- Must be certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing and currently licensed by Texas.

- Must be able to relate positively to residents and families.

- Must be able to supervise employees and work cooperatively with other employees to meet resident care objectives.

- Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.
