As a small family-owned nursing home, we understand that the current Covid-19 vaccine debate is an important issue. We care for our patients in a manner that has their safety in mind and the safety of our employees, but we do not require a vaccine to be an employee at our facility. Given the ever-changing restrictions, that may mean more frequent testing, or we might see the requirements change in the future.

- Follow safety and sanitation rules and promptly report any injuries or violations.

- Understand, comply with, and promote all rules regarding residents' rights.

- Promote positive relationships with residents, visitors, and government regulators to include presenting a professional appearance and attitude.

- Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge of residents.

- Attend and participate in training, educational activities, and staff meetings; assist in orientation and training other staff.

- Other duties as assigned.
