EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience with cloud and/or virtual IT tools.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working within multiple Cloud Service Providers, i.e., AWS GovCloud, AWS Commercial, and Azure.
• Experience with Git, including managing multiple branches, working with multiple origins, and being comfortable with resolving conflicts.
• Knowledge of Docker, including building and securing new images and debugging running containers.
• Experience developing, deploying, and troubleshooting IAC environments using Hashicorp Terraform.
• Experience performing operational and day-to-day administrative support functions including troubleshooting of issues and support of change and problem management processes.
• Proficient critical thinker who unabashedly peels back the onion (the work or challenge) seeking out and analyzing – rationally and questioningly without prejudice – the available facts, evidence, observations, and arguments to form a judgment (or recommendation).Is a team player willing to lead, manage, take direction, and roll up his/her/their sleeves to ensure performance success.
• Desired, but not mandatory:Experience with JavaScript or Python scripting.

Experience managing databases including PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of Linux and Command Line Tools.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or other relevant technical major, with 10 years professional experience.

- OR –

• 18 years of relevant experience commensurate with the job description and qualifications in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.

CERTIFICATION:

• None requiredAWS Cloud Practitioner certification is desired but not mandatory.
