Primary Responsibilities:
Our Solar Closer Manager supports our local teams in the daily responsibilities required to keep a business running smoothly. They direct employees and ensure that work is being completed in a timely and effective manner. You will be in charge primarily of driving sales. This will be accomplished by properly motivating your team, leading by example, as well as training and nurturing new sales talent.

  • Train and assist in developing new sales reps
  • Track and manage turnover within an office
  • Manage a sales team to hit specific volume metrics put in place by yourself and local management
  • Educate team on local, renewable solar energy solutions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication, and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
  • Strong leadership abilities and initiative
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Quick decision-making skills and problems solving skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage and motivate others
  • Lead by example by being a top producer in your office
  • Proficient at Microsoft office suite

Compensation

  • Aggressive commission and bonus plan
