Full time Clinic assistant – You will be helping run a chiropractic clinic. This is not a hospital setting.

(35-40 hours a week)

Position date May 17th 2021

Clinic hours include:

- Clinic Schedule MTW 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM – Thursday12:00 to 630 PM . Friday (no in person meeting but will be required to answer phone from 9am to 3pm)

Position Description:

The clinical assistant is responsible for the overall management/day to day operations of the front desk and patient interaction. along with running patient rehab (decompression tables, x-rays, and other treatment modalities) ALL TRAINING WILL BE DONE ON SITE AND NONE IS NEEDED TO BE HIRED.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

· Answering the telephone utilizing the phone script.

· Showing up on time

· Scheduling patient appointments.

· Making current, potential, and/or new patients aware of promotions, specials, health talks, social media posts, or other promotional materials.

· Creating an over-the-top patient experience (elaborated on later in this document).

· Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic.

· Tracking clinic statistics such as number of new patients, cancelled appointments, re-scheduled appointments, and others.

· Receiving payments for supplements, appointments, exams, promotions, or other transactions.

· Helping at promotional events such as screenings, health talks, shooting YouTube/Facebook videos, etc.

· Have a strong knowledge of the responsibilities of the other clinic positions so that if the need arises you can cover that position temporarily.
