In our Client Service role you will be required to represent our company in a professional manner at all times in presentation and action. This is a full time postion requiring one on one with our clients and is NOT a remote position..

What will you do in this role?

As a Client Service Rep on the Operations Team at CoastalSuccess Inc., you will:

• Use script and/or probing techniques to determine customer needs
• Ensure service delivered to our customers meets our goals
• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer

Who You Are:

As a Client Service Rep your empathy, integrity, knowledge and unique style will bring value with every interaction. You also have:

• A minimum of six months of customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills required
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
• Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
• Dependable with proficient attention to detail
• Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
• Be able to lift and bend
• Background check is required and drug screen may be required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $750.00 - $900.00 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
