POSITION: Client Concierge (Sales dept)

Mercedes-Benz of Willoughby & Leikin Volvo Cars

PURPOSE OF POSITION OVERVIEW

Previous customer service experience is required.
In this role you assist and support our sales consultants & sales managers with various client related tasks. Our organization is a luxury automotive Mercedes-Benz & Volvo retailer, where providing a premium and above & beyond experience for our clients is our number one goal.
Part-Time & Full-Time positions available.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet & perform needs assessments with clients
  • Conduct and/or assist with customer demonstrations/ test drives, and deliveries. (this includes a detailed explanation of the advanced product features & benefits of the Mercedes-Benz product, as well as the setup of all vehicle functions when customer is taking delivery of car.
  • Create the best and most memorable experience possible for customers during their car buying process
  • Keep up to date with the latest product information
  • Provide customers with specification information about all Mercedes-Benz and/or Volvo products
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new and used vehicle features
  • Introduce customers to the various points of interest of the dealership and lead orientation welcome tour
  • Assist with preparing the showroom to ensure a strong selection of demo cars are available and that the showroom is always presentable to customers.
  • Assist will vehicle lot maintenance when needed
  • Build good rapport with potential, future, and existing customers to increase returning and referral business
  • Ensure you are following company policies
  • Support and assist in any other tasks as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • MUST have previous experience in a customer service role
  • Must be articulate, enthusiastic, and a self-motivated team player and maintain a positive attitude
  • Luxury retail experience preferred
  • Must be able to work Saturdays
  • Must have valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Must have 1-2 years of experience in customer service role
  • Experience working with customers in the luxury retail space
  • Operate basic computer applications such as word processing; web based sites, and contact management databases.
  • General understanding of automotive industry retail processes.
  • Interdepartmental relationships and their effect on company, departmental and individual goals
