Job Description:

We are interested in hiring a full-time secretary. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, organized, motivated, with good proof reading and document production skills and interested in taking the lead on the matters the individual is handling. Experience in handling real estate, transactional matters, and civil litigation, with a paralegal certificate. You will be an indispensable member of a team responsible in the development of closing documents and court filings, tracking deadlines, and managing extensive records generated in connection with preclosing due diligence and pre-trial discovery.

Qualifications:

Excellent attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and organizational skills is required. The candidate must also be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Familiarity with iManage or other document management systems is a plus.

We are a law firm which specializes in real estate, tax, estate planning, and civil litigation. We have an office in Los Angeles and an office in Redondo Beach. The position is for the Redondo Beach office. We are an EOE employer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
