Job Type: Full-time & Part-time

We are looking for an enthusiastic and happy employees that have a desire to build a strong relationship with children and their families, and are willing to bring their infectious joy into the classroom. The focus of our curriculum is on FUN and LEARNING and we want faculty that truly enjoy the fun of teaching!

We are open week days (no nights or weekends) and closed all the major holidays: Spring Break/Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, & Winter Break (Christmas Eve-New Years Day). Also, two days out of the year we are closed for onsite in-service trainings. All required Growing Future's trainings and CPR/Frist Aid certifications are paid for. Employee's receive 50% off childcare. We look forward to meeting you!

Qualifications:

Lead Teacher

• CDA minimum
• Two or four year degree or 18 credits in early childhood or related field

Assistant Teacher/Float

• High School Diploma
• Child care experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Support each child's social and emotional development and provide positive guidance. They must also establish positive and effective family relations
• Ensure an effective program that is responsive to children's needs.
• Will consider part time as well.
