Responsibilities:

L1/L2 Support of ServiceNow Change module

Oversee day-to-day process execution and Change Process

Ensuring overall adherence to change standards within a business unit

Approves changes and manages the execution of the change process in support of the change owner

Ensuring proper running of Change Advisory Boards (CABs), failed change review calls, effective change calls and performing PIRs (Post Implementation Review)

Identifying, requesting, and implementing process improvements to meet a satisfactory or mature rating for Change Management through continuous improvement

Create and assist in maintaining document repository

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 5-8 years’ prior relevant experience

ITIL V3 or V4 Certified

Minimum 5-8 years’ experience administering ITIL/ITSM Change Management in an Enterprise environment

Day-to-day ITSM Change Operations

Leading teams through Change and delivery outcomes

Minimum 3 years’ experience with ServiceNow Change Operations

Reporting and querying data

Understanding configuration management (CMDB/Service) and how it pertains to Change

Understanding Problem, Request, and Incident Management related to Change

Experience conducting Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings

Understanding of Agile and DevOps practices

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Enterprise Infrastructure practices (ITOM)

Knowledge of Software Release processes (Release)

Knowledge of ITAR compliance

Education:

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

The salary range for this role is 94,000 USD - 196,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
