General Position Summary:

The ES Change and Communications lead oversees and manages department-level communications for multiple product teams and initiatives. The lead will guide and advise IT product teams on how to handle and deliver changes to stakeholders, along with developing and executing associated communication plans. This position is hybrid.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Enhance change management efforts by providing clear, concise, timely information about changes to companywide systems, procedures or processes.

  • Identify, analyze, develop, and recommend plans for improved end user communication experience.

  • Collaborate with the rollout plans of different product teams regarding upgrades and periodic releases.

  • Develop communication (letters, email announcements, talking points) for ES initiatives.

  • Maintain effective communication methods (daily emails, special notifications, internal broadcasts)

  • Develop change management strategies and frameworks based on business environment, stakeholder needs, and the desired future state

  • Design and deliver high-impact communications and stakeholder engagement programs in a consistent way

  • Lead the adoption of process and technology changes

  • Develop and own communication and change management roadmap with measurable, well-defined outcomes. Articulate change impact and business readiness for large strategic initiatives

  • Design, develop, and lead key IT training programs with clearly defined objectives and outcomes, ensuring learning transfer

  • Partner with and influence senior leadership to drive forward IT-wide change programs

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Communications or related field is preferred.

  • Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with co-workers, management team, other Departments.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a lead communications role.

  • Familiarity working with SharePoint and other visual communication methods.

  • Must possess proven leadership skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers and collaborate across business lines.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience (In-house experience and agency/editorial experience is relevant).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience drafting public and/or customer-facing materials.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
