As a Center Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of daily operations with a focus on achieving various sales goals, delivering phenomenal customer service, and driving a culture of positivity, success, and excitement. Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure an experience that exceeds the guest’s expectations each & every visit.
• Proficient in sales and objection handling.
• Lead and inspire by example in all interactions with guests and team members.
• Effectively communicate business goals, promotions, contest, and performance expectations to all team members, developing action plans when expectations are not met.
• Maintain brand, visual and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Work with the Regional Manager to take smart risks & identify value adds for our guests.
• Interview, hire, & course correct a high performing team of professionals ensuring their passions are in line with our brand, sales achievements, service goals, etc.
• Manage and adjust schedules to meet business goals/needs.
• Manage inventory with proficiency to preserve profit and negate theft following loss prevention best practices.
• Submit payroll & other operating reports/task in a timely & effective manner.

Required Skills:

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of management experience in the spa/beauty/wellness industry, specialty store, or multi-service environment that welcomed a fast paced, high-volume atmosphere.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in sales and objection handling.
• Must be confident, positive, & professional with excellent communication skills.
• Must be analytical and detail-oriented.
• Must have a reliable/punctual means of transportation.

• Highly competitive pay with, a base salary starting at $60K, monthly bonuses based off performance, and personal sales commission.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
