You will support all aspects of customer experience, business planning and strategy. You will be the strategic leader for guiding the long term strategy as well as growing our portfolio profitably. You will support the end to end Customer Experience, Operational Excellence, Growth Strategy, Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting, Data Insights, Key Stakeholder Management, and Contractual Adherence and Governance. You will bring a deep resume of P&L management, partner management, and budget management and must be able to build and leverage relationships across various lines of business. You are an energetic creative problem solver with fast and flexible forward-thinking who will work with Business Executives across the firm and with Marriott partners to deliver against business objectives.

Job responsibilities
  • Collaboratively develop partnership strategy with the lines of business, including identifying key elements of the strategy, completing analysis, and recommendations
  • Develop new Product Capabilities and lead Key Stakeholder Management across Team and Partner. Create and manage Marriott Dashboard, Portfolio Insights and drives increased Reporting requirements. Lead Project Midnight
  • Work in conjunction with Finance, Legal , Analytics, Corporate Development and other teams to develop financial business case, deal constructs and other key terms associated with partnerships
  • E nsure all contractual provisions are executed in accordance with policies, controls and Partner Card procedures
  • Analyze customer and data insights to recommend optimization opportunities.
  • Monitor external environment for important developments and potential opportunities and communicate more broadly to key line of business partners as necessary
  • Providing monthly reporting to the Marriott team, including explanation of key underlying performance drivers

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Deep understanding of financials, mechanics of forecasting and variable sensitivity
  • Strong analytical skills to understand P&L management and budget management
  • Exceptional business acumen and bottom line /results orientation; has proven track record of developing and implementing successful customer centric growth strategies
  • Sense of urgency with disposition to execute and a demonstrated career of successful program implementations
  • Possess a customer-obsessed mindset to with ability to creatively turn insights into action and ability to problem-solve and clearly articulate objectives and the required path(s) to implement new process/program
  • Ability to work independently and create goals and visions for delivery in ambiguous or new situations
  • Strong proficiency in developing executive level presentation materials and using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • BS degree or equivalent experience required
