We’re hiring a Caregiver for a Part Time shift. 12pm-4pm 4 days a week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Dementia care experience is a huge plus but not required. Transportation of client from home to doctor appointments may be part of the shift tasks, milage is compensated if transportation is needed.

Most caregivers are scheduled for their first shift within 5 days of a completed interview!

New employees start at $10.50 and are eligible for $11 per hour at 30 days based on clearly stated criteria. Certain shifts pay up to $15/hr. Please apply here or call with any questions: 334-358-4663.

While your role will vary by client, it will usually include: * Providing caring and dependable companionship

  • Light housekeeping
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Assisting with personal hygiene (like bathing and toileting)
  • Transportation to and from your client’s appointments and activities
  • Carrying out a plan of care that best supports your client
  • Creating compassionate and supportive solutions to your client’s unique needs by collaborating with your Home Helpers team and your client’s family

We're a great fit for you if you: * Hold a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record

  • Have a smart phone and email account
  • Can pass a background check and random drug testing
  • Understand the importance of client confidentiality

Although our needs vary over time, we have jobs in Autauga, Elmore, and Montgomery counties, including Autaugaville, Billingsley, Marbury, Prattville, Millbrook, Deatsville, Elmore, Holtville, Eclectic, Wetumpka, Blue Ridge, Titus, Tallassee, Montgomery, Hope Hull, Ramer, and Pike Road.
