Assist clients with personal care- bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, and toileting/incontinence care.
Assist clients with home management needs- meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, errands, and transportation to appointments.
Medication reminders.
Document client care and report any changes in the client's health status.
Ensure and promote client safety and well-being.'
