Position Description: Cardiovascular Interventional Tech
The Cardiovascular Interventional Tech serves as a member of the Cardiovascular and Interventional Services Team assisting in the performance of diagnostic and invasive procedures. Independently functions during diagnostic and interventions with minimal supervision.
Scrubbing in for Procedures (Cardiac Caths and Pacemaker Implants)
Using Hemodynamic System to Monitor Patient and Document Procedure
On Call for Emergent Procedures

Qualifications:
Requirements:
BLS and ACLS
Technical or Associates in Radiology with ARRT and 1 year experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology or Electrophysiology
OR Associates in Respiratory with RRT, Active NBRC Credential and 1 year experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology or Electrophysiology
OR 3 years experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology or Electrophysiology in lieu of education
OR RCIS and/or RCES and 1 year experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology or Electrophysiology in lieu of education
OR Graduate of CVT Program and no experience
