• Mechanical Experience Required
• Car Wash service mechanical technician
• Provide assistance to the solutions group with repairs up to and including traveling to the site to complete repairs and training manager to do them.
• Inspect, train and guide managers to control their sites: maintain manager supervision through training; monitor employee and manager's customer service skills; deal with customers and employee complaints.
• Assist Car Wash Operations with advertising and implementation of on site promotions.
• Perform regular inspections at all locations.
• Provide on site training for new car wash managers.
• Track and coordinate soap inventory and delivery.
• Track and coordinate parts inventory and delivery.
• Responsible for disciplinary actions for managers
• Provide input for performance reviews for managers
• Conduct inspections and training. Verify completion of location maintenance.
• Track parts inventory and delivery to locations. Ensure that parts are received timely at the locations.
• Participate in monthly meetings for advertising at car washes
• Update car wash manuals, inspection forms and maintenance logs as needed.
• Conduct new Car Wash manager training on location.
• Investigate customer complaints and damage claims pertaining to the car wash and assist car wash manager in these tasks.
• Identify areas where managers need assistance a develop policies to standardize operations company wide.
• Assist with the development of pro formas for potential future locations.
• Coordinate annual competition survey with location managers.
• Complete other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift

Experience:

• Supervising experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Mechanical knowledge: 2 years (Required)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
