Main Activities

• Analyses databases and other sources of information, processes data and draws conclusions in order to produce documents to support national & international clients in all phases of investment.
• Produces Commercial Due Diligence reports and market analysis, aimed to give a representation of the Italian office market and its different submarkets.
• Produces Asset & Portfolio Valuation reports (from a technical, commercial, financial point of view) aimed to support the purchase/sale/development of an office property/portfolio, through a customized approach to the client, taking into account the individual needs and investment.
• Works closely with the Research Department to gather needed information and data

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business/Economy, Engineering or Architecture and related fields.
• Experience in Real Estate with particular reference to market analysis and valuation. The successful candidate will be comfortable with notions like market ERV, lease and transaction comparables, etc.
• Proficiency in English, both written and oral.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Outstanding analytical ability and attention to details.
• Ability to present the data as and when needed in various formats.
