Pasadena, California-based RentReporters.com is looking to grow its Eastern Time Zone customer contact team. In this role, CCRs are responsible for providing knowledge and support to customers/potential customers related to the services and their existing accounts. This position is remote and full-time.

CCRs spend their time working with customers via phone, chat, and email, as well as ensuring that the customer contact software application is updated. The role is predominantly inbound, with outbound relating to follow-up and returned calls.

Required skills and experience:

· Must be able to work Monday through Friday between 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm (Eastern Time Zone).

· Must be able to work effectively from home or remote location.

· Superior verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Outlook) and Gmail; experience with SalesForce is a plus.

· Superior customer service skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent attention to detail.

The following experience is a plus:

· Experience working in a remote, customer contact/service position.

· Experience working in an inbound call center or related environment.
