Job description

We are looking for someone with at a middle tier business systems analyst. Will look at people with a year of experience in a professional environment.

Person:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Healthcare Informatics

• 1+ year of experience in digital solutions, project management, or a similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft workflows

• Strong understanding of data analytics and data visualization software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with AI workflows, UI/UX design principles, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

• Experience with Monday.com or other project management tools

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Storyline skills a bonus

Day to day;

• Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies

• Gathers requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers

•Support and maintain the current state workflows, ensuring seamless and efficient processes

• Utilize data visualization software to build and analyze data analytics, providing insights to inform decision-making

• Supports one or more highly complex business processes

• Works on multiple projects as a project team member

•Assist with the administration and optimization of AI workflows, monitoring and addressing any errors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Santa Ana, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
