Who You'll Work With
You will be based in our New York City office as part of our Business Insights Leadership Development program (BUILD) and you will rotate across a variety of teams during the program.
BUILD is a 2-year rotational opportunity providing recent or upcoming university graduates from New York public colleges and universities with real world professional experience across various pathways at the firm.
What You'll Do
You will work within our global organization and drive impact through expertise across multiple industry and/or functional areas.
In this role, you will work with different teams across a variety of functions during a series of rotational assignments over the 2-year program. Your work will include internally focused projects as well as a potential client facing opportunity which will range from internal operations (such as recruiting, finance and communications), industry or practice focused (Technology, Analytics, practice management) to helping our clients in the private, public and social sectors solve some their most pressing problems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree graduate in 2022 or have a graduation date before August 1, 2023; bachelor’s degree at the time of fellowship
- Sound problem solving skills and aptitude for analytics
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong commitment to excellence, personal and professional growth
- Strong record of leadership and initiative taking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
